is the number of times i hit a blood vessel in my quad today. after aspirating blood the fourth time i gave up and hit the other quad. i was gonna do pecs today but decided to get more info and i was in a rush. this ever happen to anyone else?

Stop fucking around with the quad and hit the delt.

If you keep hitting a vessel, it's nature's way of telling to try somewhere else.

not like i was stickin the needle in same spot... the quad is a prety big peice of real estate to choose..... just thought it was funny that after moving around the whole quad i was still hittin blood is all
