You actually don't even need a computer these days, you can do that stuff via cellphone.

Take a pic, go to your gallery and just share via cellphone.

Share to your Facebook for example, and then just copy link and paste it here.

Or just PM a pic to FitnessFrenzy over Facebook.

Actually I just got burnt out and was having a lot of issues and had lost my drive to train and was just doing a lot of shows and making the drink, so i just decided to stop training for a while I knew eventually I would get my hunger for being SWOL back! I've been training for a year now!

I knew tommy actually if you watch rocky the one he's in Stallone says who's your best friend he says Eric elder, actually Eric and Brian Elder are my friends and tommys best friends, I just visited another friend who was tommys friend too, when I was a kid he use to live not far from where I did, hated to see his life spin from the top to the bottom, It was bad how he passed, just hope he's remembered as the boxer he was not for some situation that possibly could have been a set up, I will tell you I personally think he was suppose to throw the George Foreman fight and refused and because of that they created the HIV scandal, because if foreman would of won the Morrison fight, they would of created The George Foreman vs. Mike Tyson! My roommate on tour is Mike Tysons personal agent!
