Homo exercises are any "rear delt" isolation, anything on smith machine, leg extensions, adductors, behind the neck presses, and the hack squat machine.

Forgot to mention:
- "face pulls"  ::) (rear delt isolation movement)

I've been known to hang my towel on the smith machine.

Face pulls are for upper trap development. We do a shit ton of them for upper back/neck to help protect the neck in collision sports.
