Yes, it's going to backfire. At least with the EU nationals it would still help keep the population numbers European and compensate for the high birth rates of the Pakistanis.

EU nationals living in the UK were not trying to change anything, they mostly adopted the culture too.

They used to be able to live, work and study in another 27 countries without any visa or extra documents  :-\

the Pound has been devaluing since the late 40ies

Devaluing since the First World War and the key words are ‘even more’  :D

The Pound is already ranked as one of the most overvalued currencies in the world, so there’s still room for a lot more devaluation.

I see several online stores saying they are currently unable to ship to Europe due to Brexit and others saying they are unable to ship to the UK due to Brexit.
