I guess depending what part of Florida you live, but I thought that, on average, Florida was cheaper than many of the bigger cities.

Yeah, you can't really compare the rest of Florida to the nicer areas in South FL. The cost of housing, living, and average household salary are much higher than the Florida average and national average as well.

His new home that he's having built is almost complete so he's selling his old home. Right now he's in PR on vacation with his family. His new home is pretty massive
