this is actually good. a young good looking arnold, a much more healthy image than the modern shyte that never should grace any cover

and some article on paleo, a diet that apparently is making it's way into fitness, even on the cover of a magazine that has all to loose to promote paleo

interestingly in the corner is a little pic of steeve reeves...shown on the cover of im 1947 and his last solo cover was 2000 and multi person cover 2002.
