Focus on these lifts:
squats
deadlifts
overhead press
dips
some form of benching, I prefer incline
Nautilus pullover (if you have access to one)
chins
rows
curls
tricep pressdowns
calf raises
Use good strict form on all lifts.
Eat well, but don't eat too much (a mistake I made)
