But the Stevenson guy is good, too.

Can't comment on Jon. Know him from The Walking Dead, but haven't seen him portray the character in question.

it's been disappointing that none of the Punisher movies have met expectations....the 2004 Punisher with Thomas Jane was supposed to be the start of a successful franchise, but it never materialized...I like that movie myself, but people were expecting these to be Box office successes

The Punisher is such a great character, probably my favourite comic book character but yes, the movies could have been so much better. The Thomas Jane portrayal is the best in my opinion and they should have taken it further but somehow it just didn't come about.

besides the blades thats my favourite marvel movie and character, most real, no powers. i liked janes unofficial short dirty laundry too and was hoping marvel would bring him back for more  :(

I'm a Dolph man myself. Something like the Punisher Max story lines, and his version of the character would be killer.

Jon had some good moments but is too small a guy with a bad 90s puerto Rican haircut. Dolph for sure as he's still the only Punisher to wield an M60. Jane was good too and Stevenson had the look but a bad script.
