Not OK. In order for a Meadows workout to be effective, you have to walk out of the gym near immobilized, so much that you are compelled to post about it on IG and FB. It can go something like this, "Brutal Meadows leg workout today. Could barely walk to car."
I give him credit where it's due, but he's big into this debilitating and crippling shit.
