Apparently, in preparation for the 88 Olympia Mike would have his own stools dried out and stored for 18-25 days before reingesting in order to enhance the effects of his pre-contest pharmaceutical regime.

He looks relatively good. He was a hard partying guy through a lot of his bodybuilding career, and he looks like the type of guy that might be prone to getting fat in his later years, so he's holding it together pretty good.

after just turning 59, taking off the shirt in public is a no no. it just doesn't work. the aging body looks like shit. no matter all the work in the gym, cardio, diet. forget about it. i just keep a tank top on when i go in the water. quninn
should keep his shirt on.
