It's true he shouldn't do it but would have he got this punishment 30 years ago?
It's a crime to have a penis nowadays.
Well, no, he would not have gotten this punishment 30 years ago. Though, I am not too sure what that has to do with anything. Laws are not static. Laws change according to the times. I'd have to look into the research, but perhaps sexually deviant behavior has risen over the years; furthermore, such behaviors are taken a lot more seriously these days. 30+ years ago, we didn't know as much as we did about this type of behavior. As such, laws often change depending on what we learn and its affect on others.
Now, I don't think this guy is displaying true sexual deviancy. However, as I stated previously, they keep the law constant across all cases, in order to avoid any legal loopholes. If you let one person get away with it, then who else should be allowed to expose their genitals? And where? It then becomes a slippery slope, and I am assuming that is not something the law wants to deal with.
As for your statement, "its a crime to have a penis nowadays." Really? I've never been arrested on any sexual behaviors. Have you? I've never been convicted of a crime because "I have a penis."
Seems like you just want to make an excuse for a man to expose himself. Hmmmmm, interesting. Tell me more about that.................... ...................
