3 weeks ago i said to a young boy in Africa...."i´m old, i´m 52 (+7 months)". Than he answered, "52 is not old, it´s middle-age", and he was right !!  

i guess that we can all have a better than average Body up to 60 or even older.....

i´m 6 "2" weighing 256 lbs. today....

Training steadily since age 13 in 1979, 37 years of lifting, and still love it.
