circa 1978,  I read that Mike Mentzer posed in a sauna wearing a full sweat suit to "dry out" before a show.
It was my 1st show and I didn't have access to a sauna.
So, I put on 2 gray flannel sweat suits with a hoodie and gloves on.
THEN, I sat in my car , flexing with the heater on full blast and the windows up.

Result= I ended up flat,  smaller looker and nearly passed out. What a young fuktard I was LOL
