Jesus Christ top 10? Kevin at 90% would place top 10 easy. I'll put up $50 to the first guy here he places top 5 IF he enters.

Some social media sites and fans peg him in top 5 hahaha bunch of delusional idiots

Be lucky to even be in top 10 and if he does that's a gift awarding him by name recognition only

Dude you're just a Levrone hater, so your opinion is biased and as a result doesn't count.

This guy is straight up blunt and makes valid points. Comparison pics of Kevin to last years Top 3 Phil, Dexter and Rhoden. It's an eye opener for those hardcore Levrone fans.

Aside from Kevin making a comeback, I also think Phil will win again and Rhoden will be in second. Who do you think will win and where will Kevin place?

If Kevin really stepped up the dosage and the intensity of his workouts and brought up his legs, he could put a MAJOR dent into the current crop of today's "top pros", even in his 50's.

Kevin posted a video on his FB page today. Dude is gonna blow up before our eyes. I'm impressed he's already were he is.  It doesn't count if you don't have matching wheels. I have yet to see any pics of his quads and calves.  I'm not doubting but until we see the size, separation and condition of the quad and hamstring you can't get a good idea of what a bodybuilder is all about. It's well known the quads are the first to go in an aging bodybuilder. While Kevin has a youthful appearance and a large upper body, we wont know if he's really a threat to the top 6 until we see the legs.

Remember how insane Lou Ferrigno looked during the off season of his multi year comeback, and remember how he melted down getting ready to compete?

Look at his update video.  He is very far off Levrone of old size.  That's just being objective.  If he does it at his age, it will be impressive.  It isn't being "biased" against him to be doubtful.  I like him and I hope he makes it but it doesn't hide the fact he is now in a race to be ready.

Exactly. Training your legs in your 50's is a lot different than it was in your 20's and 30's. He better be smart about it or he will out of it before you ever see a shot of his legs.

There are other drugs in the market today. Even at 50yo, with his genes, who knows how he will respond to them.

If Kevin shows up in solid pro bbr shape he could beat Rhoden, Wolf, Ramy, Roelly, Branch.....I would think Phil, Dex and Kai would be solid competition.

He hasn't been on stage since 2003. That's 13 years of not training seriously not 6 months. He's in his 50's, not his 30's doubt his body will respond the way it did back then. I say he trains and preps right up to the end and bows out. Realizes his body is not responding the way it did ,and guest poses at the finals.

Definitely a possibility.

Everyone at their best and Kevin gets second behind Phil.

Realistically top 10 but if he is in close to his 2002 shape top 6 is easy.

Exactly and that wasn't his best shape either....his legs had faded by then.

There's the rub though....his legs.  If they aren't up to snuff no amount of upper bodybuilding success will matter.

He destroys Phil there. That will never happen. That was 16 years ago, his physique will never look that good again at 51. I hope I am wrong but it's completely unrealistic to think he can make a serious run at the top 6.

He needs to change the way he hits the bdb pose and lean back the way Phil does. Standing straight up exposes the lack of density in his mid and lower back. Leaning back will bunch it up it a little. Just like Phil does.

You are being completely unrealistic. Just the natural aging of the body will not allow him to look as good at 51 as he did at 35. I don't care how great his genetics are, it ain't gonna happen.

I think about someone like Dennis Newman after his return.  Now very different circumstances considering Dennis' health situation after several years of layoff and then to come back and not look close to where he was.

Or take Victor Martinez after his layoff due to jail.  Came back, blew up, but no where the quality as before.

Is Levrone genetically superior to Vic and Newman?  I would say so.  He's healthier to boot.  Of all the 90s bbs the ones I would pick to have success in a legit, quality comeback would be Levrone and Wheeler.
