the biggest tragedy for bodybuilding was the internet.
It exposed it for what it is.
You know, I absolutely agree, and have been stating as much for quite some time.
The internet removed the veil.
The mystery and speculation was gone.
Before, guys still figured hard, intense and rugged training was required. Drugs or no drugs.
Now we all know physique greatness is 90 percent drugs and one's genetic response to those drugs, plus the from-birth muscular assembly/shape. Hard training? Not so much, if at all, really.
If you're of the blessed type described above, regularly hitting the gym for lazy pumping is totally adequate.
