Kevin Levrone vs. Phillip Heath

I know this comparison has been done before, but these are good photo comparisons. Hand together photo they look relatively equal. But the side chest, sort of looks like Phil is taking it.

Lets please stop this nonsense.  The comparison ends between these two when they turn around.  We all know the money shot for winning the O is the bdb pose and that happens to be Kevin's worse pose, even in his prime.  Phil slaughters him and it's not even close. Phil even wins in the back lat spread.  While he's not wider than Kevin he's more detailed and conditioned. Phil is better than Levrone in the shots that really count.  Kevin can't train 6 month out of the year and expect to get that kind of density.

Though, its really not a fair comparison, since those are obviously old pics of Kevin. Back in the day, Kevin could hold his own from the front against a prime Phil. But even Kevin loses when he turns around when compared to Phil, even in his prime.

But a CURRENT Levrone, well, we shall see. Its obvious he won't even beat Phil from the front, given his age. Nonetheless, it will be fun to see him on stage.

Again, as long as he beats Branch!

Please stop. You can argue all the poses but the back ones. And Phil kills him in the most important pose since 1993 the back double bicep pose.  Matter of fact the only people that have an equal or better bdb than Phil is Ronnie, Dorian or Flex. And they all need to be at their best.

I do think that a prime Kevin has better symmetry and flow better than a prime Phil. Phil's physique just seems "off." There is no flow, no symmetry, no proportion. Its just ridiculously big arms. So, in that sense, Kevin wins (back in the day).
