Does MK 677 build muscle?

Does MK 677 help to build muscle or is it just water retention? I'm mainly interested in a bit of size increase (synergistic with the test and tren I'm taking) and also some skin healing effects for scars

it raises GH and IGF by 50-100% (dose dependent)

water retention also always helps with muscle building (cell swelling, fascia stretching, hydration -> nutrient transport, more weight -> heavier workouts etc)
