This video seems to have a lot of negative comments about how he is looking. It seemed strange that he would have himself video taped coloring his hair jet black. I'm not sure who he appeals to.

Looks like implants to me although it could be PMMA too. His ex said that he's had PMMA done everywhere. Much like his arms, it's another part that looks very fake and plastic. I honestly don't think there is a major muscle group which Piana has left untouched.

He has admitted he has tried everything in the past, why would he not admit this now? Arms do look weird however.

His arms have not changed much in probably last 5 years - doubt he got implants or is doing regular pmma or even synthol throughout that whole period.

Either way I just don't understand the hate this guy gets. He exposes body-building for what it is which is a non-sport filled with drug addicts. His game is to market himself and his company to his audience and he is successful in doing so.

I like Rich Piana and even for someone who has reading these boards for such a long time I was surprised at the crazy drug dosages out there, opened my eyes big time.

His ex had said he gets PMMA injections in Mexico---at the time. His arms lack detail, and lack of definition when "flexed". Also, you never really see him do a front double biceps pose. When he competed his arms were a lagging bodypart And so what does he do? I believe that he did admit on here that he gets PMMA injections as well.

I agree with the skin on the face, especially if you have done a lot of tanning. But his body has a lot of unnatural substances . You can pass it off to the average person, but not with the guys on this board.

At the end of the day nobody really knows what this guys doing. Pecs are not implants though.

However, for guys who are deep into bodybuilding (most of us are not and would never want to look like that) you can understand the cult following. The guy is old but he is freaking massive (he not aiming to get on the stage) and no matter what you say he does not look that bad walking around in normal gym attire.

As for pmma in arms and implants and all the other nonsense, who really cares. You guys act like using GH, Insulin, AAS, IGF etc.. is all normal yet synthol and PMMA is bad. Its such a ridiculous double standard.

The guy might look dumb and some of his decisions for his body might be dumb (which he has said many times - obviously their is an underlying psychological issue and insecurity) he is actually pretty smart with his marketing, targeting his audience and getting sales. The guy is doing the best in his world and just because we don't live in that world does not mean everything about it is shitty. He is making money and exposing the industry at the same time - he seems pretty honest in most of his videos unlike all the other bullshit we have read for decades.

Overall does not seem like that bad a guy and his physique for a 44 year old man looking for that particular look is decent. Guaranteed most of you guys on Getbig (included me) look like shit next to Piana (and that's not saying much).

It's an issue of real muscle. The former is pure fake cosmetics, which is shunned on. The latter is real muscle, done via synthetic means, but accepted. Certainly you can discern the difference. Then what's stopping people from putting party balloons under their shirt?

That is a very good point but after seeing bodybuilders off the juice I sometimes question if it is real muscle, some of these guy deflate months after they come off lol. Apart from Piana's arms I don't really see too much shit going on. The whole industry is messed up and again who cares if this guy used pmma - he is not competing so it does not hurt anyone. Even if he did not use Pmma or synthol or whatever in those arms they will still be big ass arms and probably more in proportion to his body.

This guy is about an image and promoting his business, whilst most of the nerds on here talk trash. Internet forums are so freaking strange why so many people constantly hating on other. I wish only good luck to the guy. Hope he continues to make money and grow his business. For me he has exposed this circus and I am happy he has told the truth on the drug use.

sorry he looks like total shit no amount of excuses will change this, there is a difference between functional muscle and polyacrylamide (cement muscle). Sorry you don't appreciate that.

He is not Dumb and he comes over very well in some interviews. Just my opinion but...i am more intrested in what is going on "INSIDE" my Body. After all we want to have a long Healthy life don´t we. I am not a Hater of the Guy but you would not try to Drive a Porsche with a Mini Engine would you?

Not everyone is as concerned about their health, if they were there would be no drug users or binge drinkers in general.

Maybe he living for the day, not everyone has the potential to have a great fulfilling life up until old age. Most people have shitty difficult lives.

To the guys saying he looks like shit? In comparison to who. For his world of trying to get as big as possible and look like a freak he is up there. Nerds will say he looks like shit and never post their own pic. Same old cycle everytime.
