Roelly doesnt look that good on stage. He looked pretty damn good in the pics a few weeks back. Back double bicep looks pretty bad. Seems like he can't pull it together when he steps on stage.

the New York show use to have 30-40 competitors. was considered the number 3 show of the year. a place where new pros did there first show. and everyone came in in perfect condition.

That's when it was called NOC. Wayne D was the promoter. Wayne owned the name "NOC", and he left.

Since then it been called the NY Pro. And people lost interest.

Kuclo just can't get shredded....glutes and hamstrings are tight but upper body just can't dial it in. This is by far the best he has looked as a pro so far though.

But seriously Shawn Ray had a bathroom shot in 1992 before the show. In Muscle and Fitness. It made Rolley's bathroom shot look 12 weeks out.

I'm thinking that was a joke. He's had six surgeries on his knee/quad. There was a video recently of him getting his sup package from Envision medical and he said he was taking low dose test/deca (100mg each).

it used to be called "Night of Champions" when it was still Relevant
