allright bros just a reminder of the works of art from the past here are some of my favorite builds of all time.

you compare the looks these guys had compared to the clowns we have today like roelly,bloated ramy, kai green and his dog collars. jay cutler and his famous 55 inch waist

and the rest of these hgh insulin clowns that patrol the stage today , no one and i mean no one had the charisma that these guys had.

I believe they did train harder. OK big Ronnie and Dorian definitely did too. Still Guys like Reeve,Park,Pearl... were much more Basic in their approach but had a look that most really would rather have. Just my opinion.

Isometrics have been around for a long time but i like this... Push ups like this i did years ago. It works.

Guy is a top Trainer. Explains it all well and demonstrates it.

Well they have men's physique and other lower tiers that have comparable aesthetics.Unfortunately, maximizing for size comes with a price.

Paul Dillet had pretty good aesthetics but couldn't display it well

Dillet was massive, but you're not gonna see a pic of him in any aesthetics definition.

once again I don't think he presented it well, but he had great raw aesthetics at a massive size
