The oil in his arms, especially his biceps, is super obviously.Look at his Bo's when he's doing the triceps extensions in the beginning.Horrible.

and deeper in the muscle....the guys that are good at it look best Dexter, Phil etc....then some guys like Roelly still overdo it (delts) and looks too obvious
