This is the big fitness fad right now amongst white people. The retail locations in suburban malls and trendy urban neighborhoods are packed. Very popular with women who are bored with their Soul Cycle class and think this will be better.

A friend of mine has one and swears by it.  Good if self motivation is an issue.  You basically become part of a community, but can take classes in any state remotely.
