It's scary to think that there are likely "responders" out there that could be 500 pounds ripped on standard protocols but have never seen a steroid nor ever lifted a weight. Such a waste..,

If Dillie was walking around at 300lbs with abs, getbig will still give him fire for being big for no reason.

A retired pro can either slim down to 200 lbs and be ridiculed by getbig and live to be 80. Or stay at 300lbs while retired and die at 50 while being ridiculed by getbig for staying big after their career is over.

Why does he need it at his age? Especially due to the health risks? You keep on emphasizing being big, and when we are talking about Dillett, who just turned 51 this past April, being big was a detriment to his physique. Numerous shoulder operations.
Now, as it pertains to you, you went down to a respectable lean size, could walk and run, to back to being bloated. You put more emphasis on being perceived as being big, than being healthy and in shape.

Were nt talking about being huge , he looks dreadful , so what are the health risks of casual lifting with a good diet?

If he looked at least like he has seen a gym, I don't think people would've been so shocked though ...

GetBig give kudos to guys like Strydom,Taylor,Robinson even money hungry Ferrigno for beeing in good shape after 50.

I had a rough run in life for two years where i didnt touch any gear or a weight, I must say it took a little while but I shrunk down pretty bad. I trained hard natural for ten years, messed with aas for about 4 years now and and off. Definitely looked like a skinny average joe, basically had a complete non bodybuilder physique. Naturally I am a ecto,.

Also It didnt take to long to get my size back either so that was a plus.
