if you look at his record he was the most dominant in the modern era during the time he competed.

Are you kidding me? Chris Dickerson was a HORRIBLE bodybuilder. As bad as Gay Gutler was, but in a different way. Dexter is a consistently solid bodybuilder who keeps making steady improvements.

As a Mr. O, Dexter is very forgettable. I always forget that he's a 1-time Mr. O. Within the last 25 years, he is the only one that has won it only one time. Hence, very forgettable.
