Piagno's Ab Gains Not Loyal

I knew Piagno's midsection looked a bit weird (like the rest of him) but was not sure why, now I recognize that he's definitely had the good o'l Ab Etching surgery done like the fat turtle man

Pretty much common knowledge that Rich has undergone cosmetic procedures to his abdomen, including liposuction and ab etching.

The man is slowly being replaced by plastic parts and botched surgeries, a new form of cyborg. He seems to 'keep it real' only in subjects which fits his agenda. He's quick to talk 'real' about substances, but never mention surgeries, g4p, photoshop or 'enhancement injections'.

What's also apparent from his latest video (other than the fact he struggles with reading gas gauges) is that while trying to get Smaller By The DayTM he's still eating microwave meals - sorry, I mean 'real food' - along with double burgers and ice-cream at midnight...  Come to think of it, I wonder if either of them can actually cook?
