Kevin Levrone was scheduled to have an interview with Dave Palumbo via skype and Steve Blechman called Kevin levrone and offered him money to cancel the interview.

Dave should talk to an attorney and sue MD for interference with a business relation or if Kevin and Dave exchanged emails memorializing his commitment to go on the show, interference with a contractual obligation.

Dave said that the interview was Levrone's idea. Why would Levrone go out of his way to set up the interview if there was a conflict of interest?

Adding insult to injury, Levrone cancelled the interview 30 minutes prior to the show (ensuring that Dave couldn't find a replacement).
