from what i saw on the delray misfit videos he works in the kitchen at a hospital.  i don't know why his stomach protrudes so badly. it looks like thats just where all his body fats sits.  skinny legs with a big fat stomach.

He once stated that his stomach will never go down. This leads me to believe that he may have some medical condition causing it. I mean, when he touches it, his stomach appears hard as a rock. Very strange. Maybe a resident getbig MD can chime in.

In one video, some viewer wrote in and asked big Lenny if his stomach will ever go down. Big Lenny stated, "Well, you can forget about my stomach ever going down." So, yeah, must be a medical issue.
