Over time the weights will more than likely go up. I personally think all the weights should go up 5 lbs. When they carb up and fill out, onstage they'll be around 5lbs heavier than their weigh in weight.

This is what I was told by a few of the other competitors at the Jr. USA with me. Well 3 of them won there pro card and if you look at Class B it's questionable who won and why in the comparisons. Seem to get all the good info back stage from the people who are winning lol.

He has long limbs (arms and legs) and not enough muscle. Never seen his legs look good. Never seen a bdb shot. He seems like a nice guy and all but all I care about is how they look on stage under the lights.

Yup, still has some time. 12 weeks is more than enough time to harden up and dry out. Sure he must have gotten some parting gifts from Kuwait.
