Ronnie Coleman prejudging from the 1996 German Grand Prix. Ronnie looked better here than he did at the 1996 Mr. Olympia. In fact, they all looked better at this contest. Ronnie placed 5th.

If Ronnie had Chad in 96 to dry him out, he should have beaten Dorian then. Even with Ronnie being in the 240s. He's more complete.

UNREAL 95-99 HIS BUILD WAS REALLY GREAT COMBO SIZE/CONDITION/SHAPE.HEAVIER HE GOT WORSE HE LOOKED ,HIS FRONT LAT SPREAD LOOKED GREAT THEN WHEN HE GOT BIGGER AND BIGGER HE LOOKED UNCOMFORTABLE AND POSE LOOKED AWKWARD ,HE LOOKS CRISP AND BETTER LINES IN THAT TIME PERIOD.

He should have stayed at the weight and improved his conditioning. He would have been almost unbeatable if judged fairly.

But I think that the 1998 Ronnie (Olympia) would've easily beaten a more shredded version of the 1996 Ronnie

His best weight was around 255. He kept coming in heavier from 2000-2005 (excluding the Arnold where he was 252) but he wasn't really gaining more muscle or much at all at that stage he should have kept going down to 255-260 for the shows.

2002 doesn't count Chad is a fucking moron who put him on a liquid only diet to get him down to 245 so he lost muscle to do that.

Ronnie was 250 pounds as of 1996, up from 230-235 from the previous year.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Ronnie looked better in 1996 than he did in 1997 (where he was carrying far too much water). He made vast improvements from 1995 to 1996. He gained 15-20 pounds of contest bodyweight, with larger muscles, yet had a dry and vascular look to him. He weighed the same in 1997, but was off.

Weighed the same in 98 I guess but was on.
