With the help of the Camel Crew's equipment and pharmaceuticals how high can he place? Top 6 for sure imo, I think he can do top 3 if his gut and waist is down with all time best condition.

Top 6 is possible... 3 is a stretch. He just hasn't been the same and his bis seem really artificial lately.
