To feel good and to stay intact after stupid sporting endeavours of youth.

Strenght and looks are a nice by-product.
Neither is significant...

Agree 100%. I feel that functional muscle will be infinitely more important when you are "going to war" at the local mud-run, asserting your dominance over a lesser beta male at the office Christmas party, or when an unruly non-white/non-lifter decides to harsh on you for having 19 items at the 15 item and under line at the supermarket. This world is all about physical dominance.

Have you considered incorporating these tools into your preparedness arsenal? They help you lock in the full power of the "rare naked choke".

yeah, mane i do that shit also. but i dont go to no office parties lol.

Everyone hating on Halo's arm size but I'd rather have shredded tris and vascularity like that on 16 inch arms than bigger fatceps or whatever

you do mostly compound shit for tris right? and you lift pretty damn heavy too if i recall correctly

and you do close grips and dips with added weight? so how much weight you using on them lifts dude?

and what isos do you do?

my bread and butter for tris is close grip bench press (not extremely close, just about shoulder width)

i'm up to 4x303lbs/140kg on my first set
then i taper down the weight and up the reps

i go pretty heavy on  standing overhead extensions with one dumbel per side, about 8-10 reps on first set with 22kg with perfect form not shoulder pressing form like philipe uses on this exercise for cheating

also i quit dips a while ago and replaced them with close grip pressing

dips are too dangerous for injuries

i have no clue what isos are

200lbs of african fury as I recall
to be fair she kicked down the door together with her sister

i guess she was hovering around 80kg and the sister a similar weight, maybe a bit heavier, she has gigantic legs

so at least a combined weight of 160kg / 352 lbs kicking furiously at my door for a good while before it finally broke down

she usually hovered around 175lbs

You are gonna claim top tricep status and then not post a pic of your triceps but instead a blurry pic from a potato?
