as you can see from the background i was in the swiss alps and it was a very cold and blustery day

Your potato-cam makes no such determination possible. It looks like camo netting behind you.

Congrats on overcoming your craven fear of the needle.

In the eyes of the majority of average men, any above average male is going to be accepted as being alpha over them.

To women, a well built man can take a couple of forms.  For example, a physique like Steve Reeves or Reg Park would draw far more admiring glances from women than a Branch Warren.  Some women prefer a strongman type body.  Powerlifters are generally not as admired once they go the HW/SHW class unless they maintain a semblance of shape to their physiques. It's been my experience that older and/or more mature women generally prefer their man to look like a man, not Woody Allen.

I lift to stay alive and healthy.  I want to look as good as I can and of course, be as strong as I can and all within reason.  I am now in my 41st year of weight training.

ask a bud to do it

i had my female trainer take those curl shots  ;)

and as far as my arms go well let's just say they are improving very quickly, and i'll post pics very soon to prove it  :)

trained tris today and did skulls supersetted with close-grips and then rope pressdowns with a 3 sec hold at the bottom of each rep and then finished off with db overhead tri ext supersetted with dips and my tris were shining like fucking diamonds, as the outer tri head was nearly as round and full and my side delt

Mentzer triceps here i fucking come  8)
