Where I’m from you are lucky to get a 3 bedroom 2 bath for 350-400 minimum.So 188 or 225 is extremely cheap for the size you are getting here.i could be in a mansion down south for what I paid for my current townhouse.Its fucked up here in the northeast price wise and tax wise.

Average price for a house here in Greenville, South Carolina is about $150k to 200k and that's 4 bed and two to three bathroom. To be honest, most people here make maybe $20 a hour if that. So, imagine living off that for 40 hours a week, buying food, utilities, cell payment, car payment, insurance,.. Etc. And not to imagine if you have a kid.... You'd be fucked.  there are a lot of top companies here that pay people $12 per hour or keep them working for a temp service.
