The property has city water and sewer hookups.   The biggest influence of getting a Clayton singlewide mobile home is essentially pricing and the housing market.  Simply put, owning a home is no longer a great investment as it used to be and the majority of people are underwater with their homes in addition to needing major repairs.  Houses are at this point a waste of money unless you make a full cash purchase.  Rent is skyrocketing along with required fees.

While I can afford and got approved for a 200k home, I simply would have been working myself to death and my quality of life would have been severely diminished.   A mobile home is less expensive because its a organized and consistent design built in a controlled environment that is not affected by weather.  Its also a very bland product and while I'm able to pick a few custom options like the color of my carpet, you don't get a choice in the setup or design.

The thing that matters to me is to not only own a quality home but to not diminish my quality of life.  Spending 56k for a singlewide mobile home allows me to get a high quality product and not bust the cash register.....and since I own the land, its going to allow me to put even more money away.

its also brand new and comes with warranties i guess whereas a used house requires ongoing maintenance.

Would love to buy a home with you, Vince Goodrum, CSN, MFT, HPP, CEO, and Wiggs. All live together.

That would be awesome !!! Hopefully by then we could all live off of vince’s youtube income and wake up late and enjoy breakfast at the table with a fine seltion of foods ranging from bacon and sausage to vegetables and cereal, then hit the gym and write about our exploits on getbig and select a prostitute from adultwork .com for us all to share later that evening

Seriously? Hmm, I like Greenville way better because you have a shitload of HIPSTERS in Ashville. Ugh. And there are a lot of jobs here in the upstate. I like Ashville to visit but way too many hipsters and just dipshits that way.

Yep, inexpensive to live, plenty of good jobs (for the educated and hard working), and nice weather mostly year round along with plenty of available property in surrounding areas of Greenville such as Anderson and Maudlin

Those are very cheap areas to live in.  8) it's like a small ghetto but with rednecks. If I were you, I'd look for a house near Nickletown.  :O I've heard good things. 🤣🤣

Yes...Clayton Homes are warrantied for a year and you can extend it by 3 for just 720 bucks.   I value the land more honestly but it will be a very nice home

An affluent community in Southern California.

There aren't very many people that look like you here.

Ha...you pay for liberal causes, gay rights, saving all types of endangered species, and other bullshit.   None of that shit here in good old South Carolina

Uncle and Aunt and a bunch of cousins in Asheville. Nice place to visit but it's not called the East Coast San Francisco for nothing.  Almost 100% liberals and people who are not from there.  Much like where I live right outside of Raleigh.  One of the fastest growing cities in the Country.  Almost everyone is from up North or from India.  True Adonis knows what I'm talking about LOL.

For reference, my 4800sq ft home was bought less than 3 years ago and now it's appraised for $75,000 more.  Wake County, NC home prices are no joke.

2 hours South on the NC/SC line, I have a  2 story 2700 sq ft home and I'd be lucky to get $125K out of it.
