Have you tried lending tree? How about LightStream. I have used Lightstream for a couple short term loans in the past and their interest rates for even an unsecured loan were 3% and it takes all of 48 hrs to get approved. You can pay off early with no penalty. Give them a shot.

We'll see, I'm checking with FHA and Wells Fargo but its not a make or break type situation as I still plan to pay it off early. However, I checked on the Samsung Frame TV and its high priced for what it is. I hope to get the price down but I need some other options from you fellow Getbiggers on a TV set

If you are a Costco member, they have good prices.

Give the LightStream loan company a shot, worst that happens is they say no, best is you get a very good interest rate

Well I checked with FHA and Lending Tree. They gave the interest rate of 4.5% from the lenders but the problem is that its for a 100-200k loan.....way more money than I need than to be stranded with and its pretty much what I expected. The amount I'm requesting isn't high enough.
