well the way goodrum talks about his multiple businesses ventures it wouldn't make sense to work where he does. but i guess he is just insane and full of it. didn't he just recently say he pays some company in india to handle his calls? if he is doing well with his online stuff, why is he working at a call center?

Their are different levels of call centers. Some call center employees can make good money. I have a friend that works at a technology company, he makes bank. Hell, when I have a problem with Linux, I still ask him for help.

You can also work in call centers and earn commission. Being good on the phones is a real skill.
