The longer you sleep the harder and longer you can train ?
« on: June 27, 2016, 03:21:35 AM »
Has any one else noticed that the longer you sleep the more you can actually train with high intensity = more gains ?

I have noticed that when i take phenibut or valiums to knock me out for 12 hours straight i can train every day twice a day ( no steroids )

What do you fellas think ?

Benzo sleep is great but I can never function around times I take it. I was just recently given valium for a back spasm, I don't even remember that week. Fuck that I'll just smoke down.

That's why Nubain and Temgesic were made. Add 5lbs easy just by the rest and training past the pain barrier.

It's not linear though. I like 8 hours, then I feel charged all day. Can go for a few weeks at 6 hours a night, but it takes its toll. For me, the drugs are lost hours sleeping, don't feel refreshed at all, like I was KTFO and not sleeping.

the trick is to eat 2 meals of carbs and then drink preworukout ... this gets your cns going and youll find you can train with much more volume and strength

Iv'e tried melatonin, gaba & 5htp, but all of them only seem to work for a couple of days or a week max. Maybe I should cycle their intake ???

In my experience, this works best.  When I was younger and training 6x/week (natty), I would come home from work at 5pm, eat a small meal, take a 45 minute nap, then head to the gym at 7pm.  I felt like a fucking tank during my workout.  I did this for years.  I still take naps when I can, but I cannot workout late in the day anymore, I won't get to bed until 12pm.

I was just joking.

Some say it helps push past the pain to put on muscle and train without limitation to injuries they are suffering from.  Not worth it. Dulls the appetite anyways.

in the last year i have been really pushing it past the pain barrier and really getting the best results i ever got from natty training. ( i did get ok results from a cycle back in start of 2014 but i realized they could have been wayyyy better with my current knowledge on training)

I love the pain though takes my mind off of life
