No you cant. 800 mg of caffiene is different to 300 mg of caffeine , acetyl carnatine/tyrosine , l citrulline  and all the other stuff they put in preworkouts that give you an instant boost ( beta laanine and creatine need to build up in your system so i left htose out.)

Then they start a supplement company where they sell the useless stuff that admittedly made zero contribution to their physiques and people actually buy it? Makes zero sense. With Bostin I think he's selling pre works and peptides which he says he's actually using, not creatine and other junk that most of these other supplements these bbers sale these days
