This is a similar story to one a few months ago where there were people trapped in a car and SEVERAL useless cops would not make an effort to do their job and attempt a rescue.

Meanwhile, Jason Moss did what was right and saved a life.

Someone should send the footage of this to the fucking coward pigs that just stood by while people died at their feet.  They would probably need someone to explain it to them, but I guess it couldn't hurt to try.
