That's actually not a very flattering shot. His Bi and Tri insertions are very high and his legs are thin. The calves are seemingly the same size as your everyday 7 year old. It's just a bad angle so I would have to wonder why one would post that pic as opposed to a more flattering/realistic one.

For the record, remember, Ronnie Coleman is a natty too. Just look up all of his responses when questioned about gear. Almost all of them say it. Ronnie's not talking much about it these days I would wager...

When he states he's "natural" (in the sense we all understand), it's insulting and greasy.

Is he natural some of the time? Probably. But so what.

In the truly impressive photos, he is absolutely not.

If he takes HRT, and in kinda "exaggerated" dosages, no biggie. But just quit with the proclamations, man.
