What results did u have on negative calorie intake?

I got harder, leaner, less fat and more visible muscles! :)

2500-3000 is enough to drop weight. Training (more intense than 99.9% of the gympeople) 2h/day 6 times/week.

3500 to maintain the lean weight!

Doing carbs anyday instead of high protein! I want energy for the workouts, not protein!

Prefere carbs before fat. Same shit there. Fat doesn't give you energy. Carb does!

Doesn't really know whats the purpose of fat and protein. U got the calories without any fuel so to speak...

Ideal mealplan for success 90% of energyintake carbs 10% fat and protein! All secrets revealed. Always lean and in shape!

No sugar! Carbs from rice potatoes pasta bread!
