If he survived, how many more children would he have fathered (and likely abandoned)/molested, folks would he have harmed/traumatized/burdened, tax dollars wasted on him, resources stretched, etc.?

Every low class piece of shit bellows this  ::). How about certain people quit looking for an excuse to "Keep it real" when they are in the wrong. The guy has multiple violent felony arrests, and has the law called out on him for threatening someone with a gun. On top of that he gets into it with the cops while having a gun on his person.

2) They have prior knowledge that the suspect has the gun in pants pocket.

3) At the scene they engage suspect, suspect is combative.

4) It goes to ground, cops are on top of him, but they don't have control of his hands. Pistol is in his right pants pocket.

How quickly can you get to your pants pocket lying down? It's not that hard even if you're tussling with someone.

This was a good shoot.

He may have had a gun, but that would have been a good time to take it and have it on camera.
The cops were justified in their actions, if he had a gun.

It looks bad on camera though...with no gun being shown.  On each side, people see what they want.  Similar to the cop in Ferguson, the black guy was massive.  This only heightens a cops nervousness.

I remember that shooting in the subway where the cop said he was reaching for a taser...then just executed the guy.

2 notes...don't carry a gun, when a cop confronts you...just listen and don't resist.  You simply open yourself up to getting shot and it being justified.

It's crazy how many cameras are rolling here.  Cops must hate cell phones.  Video doesn't lie.
