All of the liberals are correct in this thread. The cops should have to wait for the guy to pull out his weapon before shooting. To make things completely fair, they should allow him to stand up and both of them should stand back to back and take ten steps before turning around to shoot. But before that happens, the cops should make sure the other guy's gun is in working order so we all know that it's fair.

If one really pays attention you can hear one of the cops yell "I've a gun!" proceeded by a few pops then as the first cop rolls off him the other one pulls the weapon outta the dudes right pocket. You'll also hear one of them yelling something like "fuck!"...any way they write their reports it's still on worldwide video that they shot him point blank in the chest.

You can see his life quickly draining away as his shirt soaks up his blood.
Now whatever the reason was for them to have stopped him sure better be a damn good one.

A serial killer who eats people is a serial killer who eats people, no matter his geographical location. Same for the serial rapist, drug dealer, gangbanger, and overly-imbibing tough with impulse control issues.

I am up close and personal with these individuals every working day.

I've seen in real life what can be inflicted upon another with only hands and feet. Never mind a firearm.
