Looking dense as always,,,,but he always looks great leading up to the show then blows it somehow,,,,pre show pics are always freaky,,he seems to be one of those gym/Instagram bodybuilds,,,wish he could really bring it one year at the O,,I like roelly a lot

He is really a genius, but simply playing possum with us.

People always point to conditioning, but what about out muscling someone by 50 pounds?  Same with Ramy.  For some reason people put a little conditioning ahead of crushing your opponent.

True, people point out that phil or kai is 1% more conditioned than ramy, yet ramy is like 50lb bigger than them.
