How does this guy rustle up motivation to go to the gym? If I couldn't constantly challenge myself on squat, bench, deadlift, barbell row, etc., I'd find it incredibly difficult to even care. The most intense and difficult set ever of preacher curls or Hammer press is like the lightest and easiest warm-up set on squats. 

Probably one of your stupidest posts.  You can build up excruciating pain with light weight on the easiest lifts.  Anyone can murder themselves on any exercise.  But have fun in your corner with your cheesy ass metal CDs pretending youre 'going to war' on a one rep effort.

While I believe you can get tremendous workouts with light weights, I think he's just referring to the pump sets that BBs do.  I agree with him there.
