exactly, all these vegans are eating lots of industrial seed oils high in Omega 6 (which most American get too much of already)
better off just eating quality butter, eggs, etc.. and you an easily make your own mayo with Avocodo or mac nut oil
if u cut out meat u feel better and cooler on a hot day
then u get to a point where cheese butter n milk will taste good but then u start feeling more tired than u think u should
so obvioius next step is eliminating dairy
i dont think dairy is unhealthy that much but i just dont think a diet can be absolutley perfect with dairy
