No, it's true. When Kevin was in mondo-badass mode, his mug was always a picture of hard androgen use. Now he just looks estrogen-soaked.

I wonder what happened to the skunk lady and her husband from the M3 video?  Those images are ones that tend to stick with the viewer for years.
The previous video with that guy sitting in the passenger seat made me want to kick every gum chewer square in the face....oh wait, I already wanted to do that.  What a ridiculous habit.  Worse than smoking by far.

He IS in his 50's now. The chick/neck/cheeks DO start to sag at a certain point.
