BLM hindering Ambulances to do their job

BLM Agitators Block Highway, Ambulance with Sick Child Forced to Go 25 Minutes Out of the Way

The Memphis Black Lives Matter rally shut down the I-40 bridge Sunday night with hundreds of protesters refusing to leave. Traffic could not go across, but paramedic Bobby Harrell with Crittenden EMS was determined to get to a child who was stuck on the bridge with his family.

If they're going to allow this buffoonery on the roads, they need to allow emergency service vehicles to hook up cow catchers and speed on through if the need exists. Imagine losing a loved one or home because some shit bird needs to war dance on a public thoroughfare. Disgraceful.

He shut down a bridge, and a woman died in an ambulance while stuck in the hours of traffic.

You don't need a permit to exercise your 1st Amendment rights and they weren't there to shut down emergency services.  You can say the same thing for other crowds such as college bowl games, festivals, etc.  If that were the case, the police would shut down ANY TYPE OF PROTEST CITING THOSE SAME REASONS.

When pro-Trump protesters get rowdy next time - you can count on the media counting the number of ambulances and other emergency vehicles which are blocked in, thanks to the crowds.

Of course, it won't matter then, will it?

There is no "right to protest", there are rights to assembly, association, and free speech.

Those rights can definitely be restricted if they negatively affect public health and safety.

Why don't people understand something that simple? It's as if they've substituted online rhetoric, Vlogs, Blogs, and other bullshit for any form of actual education.

Let's be real: Those people feel empowered when someone dies due to disrupted emergency services. It's part of the ghetto mentality that says disrupting people's lives is the only way to to be acknowledged , i.e. in the fucking street with a fucking baby carriage.
