I'm close to 60 now and recently retired.
I live in a nice 5 BR on 5 wooded acres with my wife and 2 dogs. Here's my typical day now:
Get up around 9 a.m and drink a vit C nutritional drink with a scoop of pre-workout for the caffeine.
Do about 20-30 min of moderate paces cardio on home treadmill, then rinse off.
Go out and soak in hot tub on deck for a few minutes. My own gas bubbles go undetected in there.
Eat 1st meal of soy milk with ice , muscle milk powder and banana plus fish oil and supps.
Watch some DVR'd baseball ,soccer game or some History Channel crap on Hitler or Ancient Alien assholes.
Go to the gym, work a body part on mostly Hammer machines and maybe some more cardio, then eat.
Go home, have early afternoon sex with wife *
* when I get her drugged up for booty duty in the secured walled bunker she's in

Play with dogs, read and occasionally post on getbig or similar retard forum I relate to.
Watch Fox News and think the world is going to hell in handbag.
Go to bed and think of places we can go visit where BLM isn't in the road or ISIS is planning to blow up.
Realizing that list is pretty short and I mumble something as I fall asleep.
Get up to piss , every 90 min due to old man prostrate the size of a grapefruit.
Finally get some sleep after tripping over dog and passing out from my own farts.
