Upon hearing the news that Brock Lesnar, who defeated Hunt via unanimous decision at UFC 200 last week, had been notified by USADA of a potential anti-doping violation, stemming from a failure of an out-of-competition drug test on June 28, Hunt asked UFC officials for half of Lesnar's purse or else he would like to be released from his contract effective immediately.

"The cheaters get a slap on the wrist and walk off," Hunt told MMA Fighting. "What penalty or deterrent is there to make them think twice? Nothing. And the [Nevada Athletic Commission], why should these [expletive] get anything? They are not the ones who had to fight with Lesnar or lose [to him]. I lost."

No. He was exempt from being tested for the usual 4 month period.

He was signed late. So they tested him for only 6 weeks (instead of 4 months)

I heard that Brock was tested 6 seperate times in that 6 week period. He failed one of the tests.

Hunt should really stop his whining, he just got his biggest payday ever by far and the draw was lesnar and the freak that he is, and however he is that character helped him earn, he could have easily got flogged by any other top 5 guys for 10% of that purse he should shut his mouth and count his lucky stars.

hunt is being stupid he cant make that kind of money anywere else right now. he has been paid well by the ufc for being a mid card hw that loses to every good fighter he faces.
